Our freeze-dried veal tripe is made from 100% natural beef green tripe with no additives or preservatives.
Because green tripe is naturally high in healthy fats, some pieces may contain visible natural oils or feel
slightly oily to the touch. This is completely normal and is a natural characteristic of the product.
Veal Tripe is high in heart-healthy unsaturated fats, nearly 50% of the total fat in tripe is unsaturated. These fats provide quality, long-term energy and increase healthy HDL (high-density lipoprotein) cholesterol. Not all batches will have the same amount of unsaturated fats.
For maximum freshness, store unopened bags in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Once opened, reseal the bag promptly after each use. Refrigeration is recommended after opening
or for extended storage, especially for products containing higher natural fat content.
Best if used within 6 months of packaging when stored properly in the original sealed Mylar bag
with the included oxygen absorber.
